We utilize an automatic digital cutting machine that cuts your fabric to precise dimensions of the cushions. For all of our high-end replacement cushions such as Mallin, Brown Jordan, Tommy Bahama, OW Lee, RH, etc. we only use a Teflon Gore UV thread that most online retailers do not offer.
This ensures that your cushions will last for years to come with proper care. This is why we emphasize on the fact that NOT ALL CUSHIONS FOR MALLIN FURNITURE ARE MADE THE SAME. You will always get what you pay for in this industry.
