1) Do all cushions out there have the same quality and craftsmanship?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! What you really have to consider in this industry is that you will truly get what you pay for. It has come to our attention that there are a few online companies that offer custom cushions at very low prices that are made with KNOCK-OFF fabrics (not Sunbrella).  Refer to our testimonials and online reviews to see what we are all about.

2) Can I order fabric samples prior to ordering?

You may request up to 10 fabric samples for a min of $5.00 fee. Email us with the names of the fabrics, your mailing address and we will send you a payment link. Must select from our Sunbrella fabrics page only.

3) Can I send you my current cushions or covers to use as a template?

You may send us either the entire cushion or simply just the covers. We will also accept paper cutouts/templates if you like to provide those as well.

4) How can I get a price quote for my cushions online?

Please navigate to our “Build Your Cushions” link from the top menu which will guide you to our online cushions builder that will provide you pricing as well. You can also email us the dimensions of your cushions needed including width, depth, and thickness along with your Sunbrella fabric choice to obtain a quote.

5) I have a special shaped cushion and not sure how I can order those.

Please email us a photo of your cushion or your furniture frame and we will help and guide you via email as how to get correct measurements. You can also go to our “Custom Shape Builder” page to design your custom shape cushions as well.

6) Do your cushions have ties? 

We have a very unique ties system that most retailers do not offer. It is a removable ties system that allows you to flip your cushions to be able to utilize both sides. This will increase the longevity of your cushions. And if you feel you don’t want to use the ties, you can simply remove them.

7) What is the radius of your rounded corner cushions?

Our round corner cushions have a 2″ radius. If you need this radius to be adjusted, simply send us an email or just advise us in the comment section of your cart. We will confirm via email for accuracy.

8) How will my cushions be shipped? 

Depending on the volume of your order which consists of quantity, shape, size of all cushions, we will ship either FedEx, UPS or LTL service to save as much as possible for shipping fees. Your cushions can be packed either with shipping grade clear plastic or boxes depending on your specific order detail. In order to save our customers shipping fees, we may vacuum pack some specific cushions.

9) Can I make a change to my order?

You may make adjustments to your order within 72 hours of order placement. Unfortunately no changes can be accepted after this time period. NO EXCEPTIONS.

10) How do I know if you have templates for my particular brand furniture?

We carry many templates for variety of Brand Replacement Cushions. Simply email us with your brand name, collection name and items needed. We will contact you to advise of availability of your request.

11) When will my cushions be completed and shipped?

Depending on the time of the season that the order was placed, it can take anywhere from 15-60 business days before your order is completed and shipped out. Production times can be longer if your particular fabric is not in stock or on backorder.

12) Are my cushions made with zippers?

Yes, all of our cushions, except throw pillows come with zippers. This allows you to remove your covers for cleaning if necessary.

13) How do I clean a particular stain on my Sunbrella fabrics?

14) What type of foam do you use for my cushions?

We offer 3 different types of foams. For all seat/bottom cushions we highly recommend either High Density Foams or a Reticulated Fast Dry Foam. These foams tend to have a medium firmness so when folks seat on them they do not sink into the cushions. For all back type cushions we utilize a Blown Fiber Foam to maximize comfort.

15) What if my new cushions are made incorrectly?

Once you receive your cushions from us we ask you to examine them right away and make sure they fit correctly. If your cushions are not to your specific dimensions provided on the order form we received from you, then we will have them picked up at our cost and fix them for you at once. If you provided us the incorrect dimensions then unfortunately it is your responsibility to pay to have them re-made. All discrepancies will require photographs emailed to us.

16) Why are custom Sunbrella cushions more expensive than the ones at my local home stores?

Well, the keyword is “CUSTOM”. We do not carry any in-stock cookie cutter cushions. All of our cushions are made to your specifications. We put a lot of time and effort in manufacturing each and every cushion to ensure excellent quality and craftsmanship. We use a digital cutting system that ensures accurate and inline cutting of all fabric based on provided customer dimensions. Our highly experienced seamsters make sure that all covers are sewn with at most attention to quality. Also depending on your fabric choice your prices can be higher as well. One very important aspect is that in this industry, you definitely get what you pay for. Most home store cushions are made overseas.

17) Can I return my cushions if I don’t like to color(s)?

All of our cushions are custom made to order based on your specific fabric selection and measurements. Returns are NOT accepted. No Exceptions. We suggest purchasing fabric samples prior to ordering. There is absolutely no returns on fabric purchases.
