What sets us apart from other cushions manufacturers is attention to details and quality of our cushions. Most manufacturers offer Sunbrella fabrics but what is extremely important in manufacturing cushions is how your fabric is cut and sewn including the quality of material is used to fill your cushions.
We utilize an automatic digital cutting machine that cuts your fabric to precise dimensions of the cushions. For all of our high-end replacement cushions such as Agio, Mallin, Brown Jordan, Tommy Bahama, OW Lee, RH, etc. we only use a Teflon Gore UV thread that most online retailers do not offer. This ensures that your cushions will last for years to come with proper care. This is why we emphasize on the fact that NOT ALL CUSHIONS FOR AGIO FURNITURE ARE MADE THE SAME. You will always get what you pay for in this industry.
As an independent manufacturer of cushions for Agio outdoor furniture, we utilize Sunbrella fabrics exclusively for all of outdoor cushions. We strive to make replacement cushions to last for years with proper care.
